Ethan is Vice President at Trailbreak Partners, where he brings an extensive background in real estate private equity investment and development. Ethan’s expertise includes deal sourcing, financial analysis, capital structuring, land use planning, entitlement, project design and operational oversight. Previously, Ethan was Vice President of Acquisitions for Panther Residential, a Boston based real estate private equity firm that specializes in multifamily real estate investment and development. At Panther, Ethan oversaw the acquisition, development, management and disposition of over 6,000 multifamily units nationwide. Prior to joining Panther Residential, Ethan worked for Jamestown Properties, an international real estate investment firm headquartered in New York and Atlanta. During his tenure with Jamestown, Ethan assisted in operations, asset management and acquisitions for the company’s Boston portfolio. Ethan holds a Bachelor’s degree from Eckerd College and an MBA with a concentration in Real Estate Finance and Development from the University of Colorado Boulder, Leeds School of Business.

When Ethan is not in the office he enjoys getting outside and going on adventures. Mountain biking, snowboarding, mountaineering, and camping are among his favorite ways to spend time off the grid. Ethan also loves to travel the globe with his family, experiencing new places, people, food, and culture along the way.

Fun fact: Ethan was on the “Woods Team” in high school where he learned to split logs, walk on log piles and do many other fascinating activities involving logs with expert precision.
