Jordan is a Co-Founder and Principal at Trailbreak Partners. In EOS speak, he is the company’s Integrator. He leads the team towards pursuit of the company’s goals, manages investor relationships, and provides support with corporate strategy, financial strategy, and project execution. He brings finance, advisory, debt and equity capital raising, and private equity investing expertise to the organization. Under Jordan’s joint leadership, since 2017 Trailbreak Partners has entitled more than 1,000 units of housing, and capitalized and executed more than $500 million in value-add acquisition and development projects including multifamily, residential for-sale, hospitality, mixed-use, and industrial.

Prior to Trailbreak Partners and its predecessor, Jordan was on the investments team at the Anschutz Investment Company and then at Braddock Financial. He began his professional career as an investment banker in the Leveraged Finance Group at Credit Suisse First Boston in New York.

Jordan received a Bachelor of Business Administration with high distinction from the University of Michigan Business School. Jordan resides in Denver with his wife and two daughters, and when not in the office can be found enjoying the outdoors with his family, friends, or by himself, on his road bike, mountain bike, telemark skiing, or on winter or summer backpacking trips.

Fun fact: Jordan’s all-time favorite movies are Back To The Future and Back To School, and his favorite foods are peanut butter and ice cream (separately, or together)!
