As an Acquisitions Associate at Trailbreak Partners, Charlie is responsible for financial analysis, due diligence, development support and market research. Prior to joining Trailbreak, Charlie was an Associate at StreetLevel Investments, a retail developer based in Dallas, Texas. At StreetLevel, Charlie modeled both shopping center acquisitions and ground up development projects in conjunction with development and construction management. Charlie graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 2014 with a Business Administration degree in Finance. In his spare time, Charlie can be found in the outdoors hiking, fishing, running, and snowboarding.

Fun Fact: Charlie was the voice for a ski mountain radio ad when he was a kid.
