Ryan is the Vice President of Asset Management at Trailbreak Partners, where he applies his extensive expertise in real estate asset management to enhance performance and maximize value. In this capacity, Ryan excels in portfolio optimization, strategic asset planning, operational efficiency, performance metrics analysis, and investor relations.

 

Prior to joining Trailbreak Partners, Ryan served as an Asset Manager at Grand Peaks, a Denver-based real estate private equity firm specializing in multifamily investments and development. At Grand Peaks, he was instrumental in managing a substantial portion of the firm’s 10,000-unit multifamily portfolio, with a focus on asset performance, business plan execution, and investor reporting. Before his tenure at Grand Peaks, Ryan contributed to asset management and operational functions at Broe Real Estate Group, supporting the company’s portfolio.

 

Ryan holds a Bachelor’s degree from Fort Lewis College. Outside of his professional endeavors, he is passionate about staying active, cooking, and traveling abroad with his family, where he enjoys engaging with diverse cultures.
