Addie is a Real Estate Investment Analyst at Trailbreak Partners, where she supports the acquisition team through due diligence and financial modeling and analysis.

Before joining Trailbreak Partners, Addie was a Senior Transactions Analyst at UDR, a publicly traded multifamily REIT. There, she focused on acquisitions, dispositions, and preferred equity investments, gaining hands-on experience across the full transaction cycle.

Addie earned her degree in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.

Outside of work, Addie enjoys road biking, skiing, hiking, and spending time with friends and family.
